20cm Bread KnifeRF-1647
The Quadra 20cm Bread Knife is distinguished by grooves that run perpendicular to the blade tip, allowing cutting without exerting undue force. Great for slicing through hard crusts on bread loaves, baguettes, and bagels, as well as soft things like tomatoes and fluffy textures in cakes; mainly for most foods with a hard exterior yet soft interior.
The serrated "teeth" or grooves of the blade are intended to saw through the surface exterior of most pieces of bread, and they serve a simple function. When cutting bread into slices, the general rule is to cut inwards in a curve rather than straight down towards the cutting board.
High Quality German Steel Blades
Quadra blades are made from high-quality 1.4116 German Steel which is extremely hard and durable. The blades are exceptionally resistant to rust and corrosion, and more importantly, they can be sharpened easily and stay sharp.
Steel Finish Handles
The handles have a polished steel hollow finish and feature a modern, futuristic design. The word Quadra relates to the number four and it also means ‘square or rectangular borders’ which is reflected in the handle design.
