We are pleased to announce the launch of Hospitality Actions brand new cookbook ‘Chefs at Home’. On behalf of Grunwerg, Director David Grunwerg very kindly ordered a copy of the book for our friends and each member of staff, to show our support and help play our part in the recovery and rehabilitation of the Hospitality sector.

As we all know, we have had a lot more time on our hands over the past year, with many discovering a newfound passion for cooking!

54 of the UK’s most-loved chefs, including Jamie Oliver, Tom Kerridge, Raymond Blanc and Angela Hartnett, have put their extra time and passion to good use by collating their favourite lockdown recipes, and creating this unique collection of home-cooked dishes!

Unfortunately, the Hospitality Sector has been one of the worst-hit by the pandemic. To mark the one-year anniversary of the first national Covid-19 lockdown, the book will be launched on March the 18th. For every book sold, £2 will be donated to Hospitality Action, who are working endlessly to help the industry recover from the devastating impact of the pandemic.
